UCMT Job Update

As many of you might know I applied for the job with UCMT earlier this month. I finally got the call I has been hoping for only it wasnt the desired result. Tameron was sad that i didnt even get the chance to interview but oh well such is life right. So I guess its a good thing I had accepted the massage envy job til i find something better. So everyone dream big and reach for the starts. Dont worry cause "oh the places you will go". I miss you all so much!!!!

Sunny Vegetable Salad Recipe

Hey, everyone here is the recipe to the salad I brought to potluck. Hope you enjoy it!

5 Cups Cauliflowerettes
5 Cups Broccoli florets
1/2 Cup Raisins or Craisins
2/3 Cup Chopped Red Onion
2 Cups ( 8oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cider or Red Wine Vinegar
6 Bacon Strips, cooked and crumbled
1/4 Cup Sunflower seeds

In a large bowl toss broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, onion, and raisins. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Pour dressing over salad, and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with the bacon and sunflower seeds.

Yields: 12 - 16 Servings

4th Semester Calendar

Incomplete

Someone asked me what to do if they received an Incomplete (or I) in one of their classes. I went and talked to one of those councilors and they said that you just need to sit in on the class you missed for however many you missed over two classes. So let's say you missed 5 massage basic classes, you need to sit in on 3 massage basic classes with the day class. I hope that helps someone.

Hey guys!! This is my little man! 5lbs 12oz and 19 inches long. Hes such a good baby! I was hoping to be back in two weeks but doesnt look like thats gonna happen. Gerrit has a better picture than this, so ask him to post it if he can. Hey Catarina... i had him before you got back!!!

Congratulations to JJ on her new arrival....a healthy baby boy. Hopefully we can have someone post some pictures on here of both JJ's and Shelby's babies. Congrats again to both new mom's and best of luck! We miss you guys.
